Burned ( Prologue )

The baby cried loudly as her father ran as fast as he could to the forest closest to his kingdom , he seemed to be scared and in a hurry . He looked at his baby girl one last time before laying her on the cold silent snow . He looked at her face , her caramel hair and black eyes . He kissed her on her forehead before laying her in the slow moving river .

'' I'm sorry , Lisa . '' He spoke , '' I can't have two daughters with powers . I know you will probably grow up to hate me or you won't remember me , but I love you . '' He sat her on the calm flowing river .

'' I just hope that you can forgive me . ''

The baby girl looked at him with a sense of sadness and understanding at the same time . Se watched the big full moon , she reached up to grab it , but she couldn't . The king watched her disappear from his sight . He walked off into the forest . She started sobbing and them no longer after crying . Her cries echoed in the air .

The sun shined brightly in Gannet's face , she opened one eye to see that she was late for her meetings . Being queen wasn't all dandy , she had to do paper work and worst of all the meetings with other kingdoms . She yawned as she stretched her arms high in the sky .

She quickly got dress with her dark purple dress , golden crown with a green gem in the middle , and her hair black hair which was in a bun . She opened her door and charmingly walking into the hallway .  The knights bowed in her presence , '' My queen '' They greeted .

'' Gentlemen . '' She responded .

Even though she rarely payed attention , it didn't hurt listening to other kings and queens ideas . Such as LakeShore . A town known for their huge amounts of water supply and lakes . She traded with them often . Arendelle , a close partner both in trade and in friendship . The king of LakeSore spoke ,

'' Even though our water maybe great , we still need to do lest trading just because of our own country . We need our water supply , I have the equations right here . '' He lifted up a bar graphs that shows each kingdoms trade with LakeShore . We had the second most while Arendelle had the most . Other kingdoms had the least .

'' Arendelle . '' The king of LakeShore said . '' You have gotten about 4o percent of our water supply while Ellendale ( Gannet's kingdom ) has 20 percent of our water , you need to cut some slack on us or we won't provide anymore water . '' He finished .

The king of Arendelle got up quickly after he finished his statement , '' Well , that's not our fault we have little to almost less than 30 percent compared to your water supply , that is not our fault you have little supply that is all on your kingdom . '' He said .

Anger quickly rose from between two kingdoms and they started to argue loudly saying '' Our kingdom is better than yours ! '' and '' This will soon be a war ! '' Gannet smirked at the stupid people arguing because of H2o .

After the meeting , Gannet went back to her daily time nap , she took all her time last night doing paper work for trading . She laid on her costume made couch/bed . She slowly closed her eyes in her process of actually getting a good time nap .

About 30 minutes later , she was woke by a knight who looked shocked .

'' My queen , my queen , we have found a baby on the river . It appears to be a girl with caramel hair and black eyes . The queens face looked confused . '' What does that have to do with me . '' She asked . The loyal knight didn't respond .

'' This is no ordinary baby . '' He said . He took her hand and walked her out her castle and into the park area in the kingdom . She saw a crowd of people around the little baby , the baby laughed at the silly looking people .

'' What is so different about this baby ? '' The queen asked .

'' Just watch . '' The knight responded .

The queen eyed down the baby and with no little time she saw something so amazing . The little baby shot out flames from her movements , if the baby moved to the right , flames would come from the left , if the baby moved left , flames would come from the right . Gannet ( the queen ) gasped in shock .

'' We don't know how to control this little one . We have no parents admitting that she's theirs . We also don't know what to do with it , your majesty . '' The knight spoke .

'' You say NOBODY took ownership of this baby ? '' The queen questioned .

'' Yes , your majesty . ''

The queen turned to the other direction , '' Take her to the adoption center and hopefully someone will take this baby . '' She spoke .

'' Yes ma'm . '' The knight answered .

The queen walked back to her castle , but she couldn't help but to take a second glance of the baby , I mean she did have a gift . Where did she come from ? What's her name ? Who owns her ? She shook her head and continued her walk to the kingdom . The knights picked up the baby with a metal shovel and took her to the adoption center .

She yawned .

'' I need to catch some rest for the next meeting tomorrow . '' She thought , '' Can't be half asleep again . ''

The queen again laid in her bed and tried to get at least a hour of rest this time . She slowly closed her eyes and began going into her dream state . She was walking into darkness , she questioned her settings until she saw a bright orange light into the distance . It seemed to be getting closer and closer until that light was a woman .

The woman had caramel brown hair and black eyes , she danced as the flames followed her , she looked overjoyed . Even though the queen couldn't hear it , the woman was laughing . She looked about in her early 20's , but she played like a child . The woman stopped right behind the queen .

The woman swirled her hand , creating a light orange orb that grew bigger . She continued to swirl her hands until she blasted powerful flames at the queen , it sent the queen back , but that wasn't the strange thing . The strange thing was the big moon into the air . It shined brightly as the woman continued her dancing . It was if the moon was singing as she danced to it .

The queen awoke from her dream , she was sweaty and confused . She looked over at her clock , it said 2:00 AM . The queen sighed .

'' Dammit . ''
